Kitty, one of the things I think makes him so hot as Snape is that he doesn't condescend to the part, which could have descended to high camp (or low!) in the hands of a lesser actor (say, Hugh Grant). SWWOOOON.

He's even sexy as greasy-haired Snape, though a little icky at the same time. Quite the winning combination, strangely.
