Nice to know that, provided by the pledge of allegiance or not, there's sometimes a little justice.

I'm glad to hear that Miers stepped down. I was not against her nomination because of her loyalty to Bush, but because she didn't have any hands-on experience as a judge. She just wasn't the right person for the job, in my opinion.
Maybe not justice, but rather necessity, was served today.
