You know, in the HBP, Dumbledore admits that he "loves knitting patterns." And I've been scratching my head on that for a couple of years. Knitting patterns! Now it all makes sense.
"Oh, it's Gellert 'n Albus sitting on a tree. S-N-O-G-G-I-N-G..."
That really does make the Gellert thing make a lot more sense. It seemed weird that Dumbledore could be that blind to the failings of someone who was merely a friend.

I knew it! All through book 7 I was thinking that there was an awful lot of male bonding going on there. Woohoo!
I wonder if this will make her books double-banned.
Ha! That's hilarious. All this time, I thought I was the only one wishing for Ian McKellan.
