For what it's worth, I rarely thought about concepts like this in law school. And I definitely haven't in my 11 years of practice.... Suddenly, I feel like a Neanderthal.
Because of a recent ton of spam and weird insulting comments from a brand-new poster, I'm putting in comment moderation for a bit. I'm planning to do comment moderation "Ms. Kitty Style," as in, with a very light touch and kicking only off-topic and unreasonably insulting posts.
I couldn't possibly do any better than Prof. Larry Solum's entry at Legal Theory Lexicon, a complement to his Legal Theory Blog.

Solum's Legal Theory Lexicon is awesomeness.
ReplyDeleteMy Property prof always just referred to it as the "bundle of sticks," for ease in distinguishing which stick was at issue in a particular case.
Is there a concomitant drop off of those of us who are bored by the law?
