Disneyland uses this illusion in the haunted house. they have three busts set into niches that look normal but are actually inverted - like the back side of the chaplin mask. As you walk by the busts seem to trun and look at you, but simultaneously they seem to look directly at everyone else, in other parts of the room as well.
