Or a session with a chiropractor? Acupuncture? That's about all I can think of at the moment. Good luck. Headaches are awful. I hope you feel better soon. Peace. - WendyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9864334.post-1129675602149029912005-10-18T18:46:00.000-04:002005-10-18T18:46:00.000-04:00happy cindy - what on earth is that called?! The lethargy and legs aren't really noticeable over the headache until someone says, "how's your legs and energy?"

If this is that bug, you've only got a couple of days left... it spins itself out after a week or 10 days. I had it last week.Cindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05835474647542190752noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9864334.post-1129632881392412062005-10-18T06:54:00.000-04:002005-10-18T06:54:00.000-04:00Thank you Roger. If I'm still in pain tomorrow morning, I am making another doctor's appointment and I will at least try to ask for that. At this point, I'm about ready to try anything.

CCChalicechickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07781469958573869914noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9864334.post-1129619644579438252005-10-18T03:14:00.000-04:002005-10-18T03:14:00.000-04:00CC: If you know a doctor (personally) ask for som...CC: If you know a doctor (personally) ask for some 5% Markane solution--you have to draw it out of the bottle, it comes in, with a syringe--then use it like nose drops (take needle off syringe first). Then, you lie down on your bed with your head hanging back over the side (you are looking up)--then put about 4 or 5 drops in each nostril and stay there for 20 or so minutes. This will numb the nerve plexi behind the membranes in your nasal cavity. This works for many headaches. If this does work I would ask a neurologist for an examination for migrane cluster headaches--go from there.

Imitrix is often Rx for some kinds of headaches, but it is rather expensive. This is especially true if you know when the headaches are going to happen and they are accompanied by vision distortion or any nausea.

Any doc. can give you the Markane--tell them what you are going to do.

Cheerfully, Roger Kuhrt, PhD
(Pain management tech. for a neurologist in a former life). Good luck.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
