It's probably a sign of my general lameness

That in a room full of actual spaceships and such, I was most psyched
to see the UFO model from "Close Encounters of the Third Kind."

Ah well.

FWIW, that white thing behind it is the Space Shuttle Enterprise.

    We converted our old TVs to HD, and the new antenna we had to get looks like the Starship Enterprise. So we've named it that.

    OK, I was so enthralled to be in the presence of an Actual Space Shuttle that I didn't even see the "Close Encounters" model. Different kind of lameness.
