Helen Thomas rocks

Yes, the Stephen Colbert thing was funny. TheCSO and I watched it over the net on Sunday and we laughed in places.

But my favorite part was Helen Thomas.

What a cool woman! (Also, graduation speaker at McLean High school in 1994, which is the only time I've met her. She did a very good job. James Carville was a little better the next year, btu Thomas has had the more interesting life.)

Because of a recent ton of spam and weird insulting comments from a brand-new poster, I'm putting in comment moderation for a bit. I'm planning to do comment moderation "Ms. Kitty Style," as in, with a very light touch and kicking only off-topic and unreasonably insulting posts.
